Amlak International is a leading financial institution that provides personal and real estate financing solutions in Saudi Arabia. With a strong focus on innovation and customer service, Amlak wanted to enhance its online presence to better meet the needs of both new and existing customers.
They approached us as a new development partner to help bring their redesigned website to life. While the visual design was handled by a third party, we were responsible for turning it into a fully functional, high-performing digital platform.
Amlak was facing issues with poor site performance and a frustrating user experience, both of which were affecting revenue and customer retention. Security was a top priority throughout this project, as Amlak are a financial institution.
They needed a technical partner who could build a reliable, secure platform and help drive real business results. We worked closely with their internal teams, including marketing, IT, cyber security and digital, to ensure the solution aligned with their internal processes and met high standards across performance, user experience and data protection.
Our goals were to improve performance, streamline the user experience and create a responsive loan calculator that users could access without needing to log in.
We used Umbraco, VueJS and .NET to deliver the solution. The project also gave us the chance to implement a JavaScript-only calculator for the first time, adding to our technical capabilities.
With performance and speed as priorities, we focused on lean architecture, quick loading times and a smooth experience across all devices. These changes made the site faster and easier to use for anyone exploring Amlak’s services.
The new site has improved performance and user satisfaction, giving Amlak a strong foundation for future digital growth. We're continuing to support the platform through ongoing Umbraco maintenance.
This project also expanded our experience in the finance space, giving us more insight into how we can support other financial services clients going forward.
